The Prospect Training Course (PTC) is an intensive 5-month training program designed to prepare Cadets for leadership, service, and structured integration within the Ta-Seti Nation (TSN). Graduation from the PTC is celebrated in a formal ceremony, where Cadets receive their appointments or promotions based on their training performance and leadership identity.
The PTC is a structured, curriculum-based program combining academic instruction, leadership training, small team operations, and peer evaluations. The course is designed to develop discipline, critical thinking, and competency in a controlled, hierarchical environment.
The 5-month training cycle is divided into three Evaluation Periods (EPs):
Evaluation Period | Training Focus | Key Competencies Assessed |

Evaluation Period I (Month 1-2) | Organizational Structure | Organization Structure, Vision & Mission, Values, Code of Conduct and Policies. |
Evaluation Period II (Month 3-4) | Basic Leadership & Small Teams Operations Training | Military etiquette, discipline, chain of command, team building. Performance Task Assessments (PTA) |
Evaluation Period III (Month 5) | Applied Leadership & Small Teams Operations Training | Decision-making, command responsibilities, problem-solving. |
Each evaluation period includes exams, assessments, and hands-on training exercises to ensure Cadets meet the required performance standards.
Cadets must meet the following performance standards to progress through the training cycle and qualify for graduation:
Category | Requirement for Advancement |

At the conclusion of the Training Encampment Operations, graduates are formally appointed to their respective sectors in a ceremonial event marking their transition to Full Membership or Allied Membership.
Cadets entering the Medjay Sector are assigned militaty ranks based on their identity and training performance:
Cadets choosing non-military roles enter the Nubia Sector, which supports community engagement initiatives:
