Training Encampment Operations

Training Encampment Operations

Managed by IX Corps, Joint Forces of the Ta-Seti Nation

Overview

The Training Encampment Operations (TEO) is an immersive four-day in-person training event held concurrently with the Annual National Convention during the last weekend of July. This program serves as the final assessment and culmination of the Prospect Training Course (PTC) for Cadets and the Leadership Development Training Courses for Enrolled Personnel - Members of the Medjay, Nubia, and Alliance Sectors.

Operated by the IX Corps (9CJFTSN), the Training Encampment Operations provide a rigorous, hands-on evaluation of leadership, teamwork, adaptability, and mission execution within a structured, high-intensity learning environment. Cadets and Enrolled Personne must demonstrate proficiency at the appropriate levels in leadership principles, problem-solving, and the values of the Ta-Seti Nation to successfully complete this phase of training.

At the conclusion of the TEO, graduates are honored in a formal Graduation Ceremony, where Cadets are appointed to their respective sectors and Enrolled Personnel receive promotions to the next rank in their scope of service.
