Training Pathways

The integration of foundational learning, collaborative skill-building, and hands-on leadership and service applications, creates a comprehensive pathway to prepare members for active and impactful roles in the Ta-Seti Nation.

Program of Instructions
(Virtual Remote Training).

A structured 5-month remote training program designed to build leadership, service skills, and cultural awareness, preparing members for active participation and personal growth within the Ta-Seti Nation.

Small Team Operations
(Virtual Remote Training).

A hands-on training program that develops teamwork, leadership, and logistical planning skills through collaborative assignments and real-world applications during the Program of Instructions Training.

Training Encampment
(In Person Training).

An intensive, 4-day in-person program that solidifies leadership and service skills through practical exercises, and team-building activities, culminating in a final evaluation for Full Membership in the Ta-Seti Nation.

Training Progression

Cadets advance through role irrelevant rank promotions following a structured path through training milestones, earning ranks based on demonstrated leadership, service, and competency, culminating in Full Membership (Medjay or Nubia), or Allied Membership status upon successful completion of the Prospect Training Course.
