Applies To: All individuals or entities making monetary or in-kind contributions to the Ta-Seti Nation
The Ta-Seti Nation is recognized as an unincorporated Faith-Based Organization (FBO) and Convention of Temples, exempt from federal income tax under 26 U.S. Code § 508(c)(1)(A) and § 6033(a)(3)(A)(i). As such:
We are not required to file IRS Form 1023 or 990 due to our religious and ecclesiastical structure.
We are considered automatically tax-exempt under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code without the need for IRS determination.
All qualifying donations are fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law.
All donations and contributions made to the Ta-Seti Nation, whether online, in-person, or by mail, are considered charitable contributions under IRS guidelines and may be tax-deductible for donors who itemize their deductions.
Each donor will receive an official acknowledgment (by email or letter) that includes:
The total amount of the donation
The date the donation was received
A statement confirming that no goods or services were exchanged in return for the contribution, if applicable
Our U.S. Tax Identification Number (TIN) for your tax records
Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of contributions made to the Ta-Seti Nation.
Donations and contributions made through our website https://tasetination.org are processed through secure, encrypted, and verified platforms to ensure donor confidentiality and the integrity of your transaction.
We do not store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Payment processors are required to comply with PCI-DSS standards for secure data handling.
In accordance with IRS regulations governing charitable contributions:
All donations and contributions are final and non-refundable.
Electronic donations and contributions made via credit/debit card or ACH transfer are considered completed and irrevocable at the moment they are submitted through the website.
We do not provide refunds for donations and contributions once the transaction has been processed, except in cases of demonstrated error (e.g., duplicate charge or incorrect amount due to technical fault).
If you believe an error has occurred with your donation or contributions, you may contact us immediately for review.
For transparency and donor confidence:
Donation and contributions receipts will be issued at the time of donation or contribution or within 30 days
Annual summary statements may be provided upon request or at the end of each calendar year for tax reporting purposes
In-kind contributions or non-monetary gifts will be acknowledged with a description of the donation, but valuation will be the donor’s responsibility in accordance with IRS rules
