After completing the rigorous 6-month Prospect Training Course, aimed at preparing prospective members for active roles in on our organization, graduates are granted Full Member status in either our hierarchical military-style sector (Medjay) or our non-military-style sector (Nubia)

Enrollment Applications are open for either the Summer or Winter Training Cycles of the Prospect Training Course during the following enrollment periods.

  • Winter Training Cycle (February-July): November 1 thru December 31.
  • Summer Training Cycle (August-January): May 1 thru June 31.

All members enjoy voting rights, eligibility for leadership positions, participation in events, and wearing organization insignia, reflecting their commitment and status within the community. Activities range from leadership training, community service projects, cultural workshops, to educational programs designed to foster skills and knowledge pertinent to leadership and community engagement.

Specialized training is available to members as follows.

Medjay Sector:

  • Leather Leadership Development Training Program: A series of 4 12-month advanced training courses aimed at enhancing leadership skills and organizational management knowledge within a military-style hierarchical structure to prepare members for high-level roles in Ta-Seti Nation..

Nubia Sector:

  • Community Engagement Training Program: A series of 4 12-month training courses designed to enhance members' capabilities in organizing and leading community-focused initiatives, fostering an environment of collaboration and support within Ta-Seti Nation.

We aim to support community development by organizing and participating in various initiatives that promote economic, cultural, and social enrichment, aiming to empower our members and the broader community.

Yes, members can ascend through various ranks and roles depending on their sector and involvement level, with opportunities ranging from team leadership to national council positions.

Advancement is based on performance, participation in training programs, leadership capability, and contributions to the organization’s goals.

Getting more involved can be achieved by first qualifying for membership, then by attending events, volunteering for projects, taking on leadership roles, and actively participating in the organization’s programs and activities.

Members are encouraged to choose the sector that best fits their interests and leadership style, and opportunities to switch sectors may be available depending on the organization’s policies and member qualifications. This is one of the purposes of the Prospect Training Course.

Eligibility typically includes a commitment to the values of the organization, a willingness to participate in the structured Prospect Training Course, and payment of the required membership contributions and activity fees.
