IX Corps is responsible for the training of all members of the Ta-Seti Nation, and continues to develop educational courses through its ever-evolving Course Management Program to deliver Programs of Instructions that provide clear standards and directions for the development, standardization, and delivery of relevant training to members of the Ta-Seti Nation via its Online Training Academy.
The gateway to becoming a Full Member of the Ta-Seti Nation. This role-irrelevant 6-month training course prepares dominants, switches, submissives and slaves (Cadets) with the knowledge, skills, and values that define our organization. For Full Members within the Medjay Sector, the LLDTP offers a role relevant leadership development training program aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge for leadership, advisory, and subordinate roles within the military-style hierarchical structure of the Medjay Sector to prepare members for higher-level executive management roles in the Ta-Seti Nation.
The LLDTP's role-based curricula offers a unique military-styled leadership development training in four (4) progressive 12-month training cycles with separate yet complimentary training tracks for Commissioned Officers (dominants), Warrant Officers (switches), and Noncommissioned Officers (submissives and slaves). Members of the Medjay begin their military-styled leadership development journey after completing the Prospect Training Program, then progress through the basic, intermediary, advanced, and mastery training levels to graduate with competency in soft skills for leadership, advisory, and subordinate roles.
For Full Members within the Nubia Sector, the CELDTP offers a role relevant training program in community engagement leadership aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge for leadership, advisory, and supportive roles within the non-military-style hierarchical structure of the Nubia Sector to prepare members for higher-level community engagement roles in the Ta-Seti Nation.
The CELDTP's role-based curricula offers a unique leadership development training in four (4) progressive 12-month training cycles with separate yet complimentary training tracks for Dominants, Switches, submissives, and slaves. Members of the Nubia begin their leadership development journey after completing the Prospect Training Program, then progress through the basic, intermediary, advanced, and mastery training levels to graduate with competency in soft skills for community engagement leadership, advisory, and supportive roles.
